The Single Weekly Planning Routine That Changed My Entire Life and Business

It’s Friday; the typical “work week” near its end for many. Think about where you’re currently at in your week. Have you done everything you set out to do by this point? Or, like most of us, has life and its competing priorities once again caused you to fall behind on that growing list of weekly to-do items?

I may take a bit of an overkill approach to applying frameworks to my life (thanks to 4 years of working in strategy consulting), but lately, I’ve found that I’ve been able to accomplish significantly more measurable progress by having a strong system set for planning my week ahead.

It’s far from perfect, but this system has been absolutely life-changing on the amount of work I’ve been able to accomplish on a weekly basis. I’ve had so many friends and connections ask how I manage everything I’m working on, so figured I’d share with each of you.
